About the Role Due to ongoing growth, we're looking for a hands-on leader with experience in asbestos removal or demolition who's ready to take the next step in their career. This position is ideal for someone who knows the tools, understands site operations, and wants to take on more responsibility, coordinating crews, keeping projects running safely and smoothly, and being the go-to person on site. You'll play a key role in running day-to-day site operations , working closely with management while still staying involved in the practical side of the job. Projects range across residential, commercial sites. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate site crews to deliver safe and efficient asbestos or demolition work. Oversee setup, containment, and removal procedures. Ensure WHS standards and SafeWork SA requirements are always met. Communicate with site managers, clients, and internal teams. Complete job documentation, checklists, and reports. Jump in and assist hands-on when required, you'll lead from the front. Responsible for the tipper truck. What We're Looking For Supervisor ticket (preferred). If you don't have, that's okay, we'll pay to get you the training and tickets needed. Open to driving a tipper truck (LR license), no stress if you don't have a truck license, we'll pay to train you. White Card. Previous site or team experience in asbestos removal or demolition. Solid understanding of WHS and SafeWork SA procedures. Great communication, organisation, and leadership potential.
