We're seeking a Business Support Team Leader to lead a unified team of Business Support Officers and Executive Assistants, delivering seamless administrative and executive support services across a busy hospital campus. When issues arise or escalation is required, your presence ensures timely resolution, confident decision-making and strong stakeholder confidence. The Role You will provide thoughtful, hands-on leadership to a combined Business and Executive Support team, strengthening capability, building engagement and ensuring a seamless support experience across the site. Key responsibilities include: Leading day-to-day operations of the Executive and Business Support function Workforce planning, rostering and ensuring consistent service coverage Overseeing visitor registration, compliance processes, travel coordination, fleet management and corporate services support Acting as the primary escalation point for complex or sensitive matters Building strong, trusted relationships with executives, clinical leaders, corporate teams and external stakeholders Partnering with People & Corporate Services to drive continuous improvement This is a highly visible leadership role where stakeholder engagement is just as important as operational excellence.
