The Senior Installer / Lead Installer is responsible for leading on-site installation of commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment projects. This role takes ownership of install quality, site coordination, and junior installer supervision, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to Caterlink’s standards. Key Responsibilities Lead installation of commercial kitchen equipment on live sites Supervise installers and apprentices on-site Coordinate with project managers, electricians, plumbers, and subcontractors Read and interpret plans, shop drawings, and equipment specifications Ensure installs are compliant with safety, quality, and manufacturer guidelines Problem-solve on site and manage variations as they arise Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Represent Caterlink professionally with builders, clients, and consultants About You Strong background installing commercial kitchen and hospitality equipment Experience leading or mentoring other installers Able to run jobs independently and manage site priorities Solid understanding of commercial construction sites and WHS requirements Practical, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure Trade background preferred but not essential What’s on Offer Secure, full-time role with a respected national brand Competitive salary vehicle tools Variety of projects across hospitality, QSR, education, and aged care Opportunity to step into a senior or supervisory role long term
