Labourforce is seeking motivated and reliable Pick Packers to join both Morning and PM Shift teams , supporting one of Australia’s largest retailers in a state-of-the-art automated warehouse. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Pick Packer, you’ll play a key role in keeping Australia’s supply chain moving. You’ll work with advanced automation systems in a clean, modern, and safety-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately picking and packing stock using voice-pick or pick-to-light systems Replenishing and decanting stock into automated storage systems Monitoring automated picking and replenishment equipment Meeting daily performance and pick rate targets Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area Following all safety and quality standards at all times WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Previous Pick Packing or Warehouse experience highly regarded Comfortable working with technology and automation systems Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, punctual, and a team player Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards SHIFT DETAILS Morning Shift Roster: Monday to Saturday Start Times: 5:00am – 7:00am (varied starts) Finish: Early afternoon PM Shift Start Time: 3:00pm Pay Rate: $42.50 per hour until 8:00pm $47.50 per hour after 8:00pm Flexibility Required: Must be available across the full Monday to Saturday roster, including additional hours during peak periods Commitment: Reliable attendance and consistent performance essential PAY RATE Morning Shift: $42.50 per hour PM Shift: $42.50 per hour (before 8:00pm) $47.50 per hour (after 8:00pm) CAREER GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT Outstanding performers may have the opportunity to progress through: Ongoing training and professional development Pathways into leadership or automation specialist roles Experience in one of Australia’s most advanced logistics operations WHY JOIN LABOURFORCE AT THE COLES ADC?
