As a result they have an opportunity to join as Payroll Manager for the APAC region. You will inherit your own high performing team and work with impressive mentors yourself. ABOUT THE ROLE Work closely with the Group Head of Payroll to align on achievable SAP system and process improvements before leading your team to deliver consistent operations. DUTIES Supervise and coordinate payroll team activities Lead a high performing team of 6 Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner Deliver payroll across the region, interpreting multiple awards Assist in EOFY process Develop and improve payroll operations where applicable Enhance utilisation across SAP payroll Work in collaboration with finance, business and customer stakeholders SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Strong leader with ability to lead by example Proven, hands on payroll operator for 2000 staff Excellent communication, business partnering, and attention to detail Exposure to time & attendance systems ideally SAP Payroll experience is a must If this sounds like the role for you please apply through the link or contact Connor Weetman on
