We are seeking a Mobile Product Manager to own and evolve our iOS and Android experiences - driving engagement, conversion and performance across the full customer lifecycle. This role is fundamentally about excellent mobile product management building fast, intuitive, high-performing experiences - while progressively introducing AI-enabled and agent-led capabilities where they add real customer value. Core Focus Areas (Mobile First) Mobile Product Ownership Own the end-to-end mobile product lifecycle across iOS and Android Define and execute a clear mobile roadmap aligned to the broader strategic initiatives and business outcomes Continuously improve app usability, performance, and stability Growth & Conversion Optimise key journeys (onboarding, comparison flows, switching) Drive improvements in: Conversion rates Drop-off points Session engagement Run structured experimentation (A/B testing) to validate changes Customer Experience Deliver simple, intuitive, low-friction mobile journeys Leverage behavioural data and user feedback to refine UX Ensure consistency across mobile, web, and assisted channels Performance & Quality Own backlog prioritisation for bug fixes, tech debt, and enhancement Delivery Ownership (Critical) Own end-to-end delivery of mobile initiatives from discovery through to release and iteration Drive clear prioritisation and sequencing of work aligned to commercial outcomes Partner closely with engineering to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery Remove blockers, manage trade-offs, and ensure momentum is maintained across sprints Take accountability for release outcomes, including performance in market (not just shipping features) Ensure strong release discipline across App Store and Google Play (versioning, approvals, rollout strategy) AI & Agentic Capability (Supporting, Not Primary) While this is a mobile-first role, Compare Club is evolving toward more intelligent experiences. The successful candidate should: Have exposure to AI tooling (e.g. LLM APIs, copilots) or a strong willingness to learn Be able to identify practical mobile use cases, such as: Smarter recommendations within the app Assisted or conversational flows Reducing friction through automation Show curiosity about agentic workflows (systems that act on behalf of users), without losing focus on core mobile fundamentals What Success Looks Like A high-performing mobile app with strong ratings and ongoing customer retention Measurable uplift in conversion and engagement metrics Well-executed, data-driven product iterations Clear, incremental introduction of AI-enhanced features that improve UX Required Experience Proven experience as a Mobile Product Manager Mobile UX patterns and best practices App performance optimisation Release management (App Store / Google Play) Demonstrated ability to improve conversion and engagement in mobile apps Experience working with APIs and backend-integrated mobile products Highly Desirable Experience in marketplace, fintech, or comparison platforms Strong capability in product analytics and experimentation Exposure to AI-enabled features in mobile apps Experience scaling or significantly improving an existing mobile product Mindset & Traits Deeply customer-focused, with strong attention to mobile UX detail Data-driven decision maker Pragmatic and delivery-oriented Curious about emerging tech, but grounded in what drives real user value Why This Role You will own and shape a core revenue-driving channel for Compare Club - delivering a best-in-class mobile experience while helping the business take its first meaningful steps toward AI-enhanced, more automated customer journeys.
