Your Role As a Business Coordinator, you will be the linchpin in supporting the operational delivery of our services across QLD, ensuring that everything runs like a well-oiled machine. You will coordinate administrative activities, support team members, and help implement strategies that drive operational success. Your role will involve liaising with various departments, managing schedules, and fostering effective communication between internal stakeholders and key partners, ultimately ensuring that our team is equipped to meet our goals and exceed expectations. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask. Ability to monitor and report on KPI performance and escalating where required Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and software. A problem-solver who adapts to changing priorities with ease.
