This role offers a unique opportunity to lead service development, mentor junior clinicians, and deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to clients with a range of communication and swallowing needs. Key responsibilities include: Provide comprehensive speech pathology services to clients with diverse needs Lead and mentor junior clinicians to foster professional development Support the growth of our speech therapy service Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic client outcomes Develop individualized therapy plans and conduct functional assessments Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and contribute to service improvements About You We are looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist who is looking for a new challenge. SPA-registered Speech Pathologist with a minimum of 5 years' experience Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills Experience working with adults and/or paediatrics in a disability or rehabilitation setting Experience with assessment and prescription of speech generating devices (highly desirable) Passion for evidence-based, client-centered care Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and support junior clinicians A proactive and innovative mindset – ready for what's next!
