RESPONSIBILITIES Managing day-to-day relationships with creators and VIP talent Building and nurturing client relationships across fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands Proactively sourcing and signing new talent as the agency continues to expand Negotiating and executing commercial partnerships Identifying revenue opportunities and growing individual talent portfolios Travelling interstate to meet clients and talent when required Being equally confident in client-facing and talent-facing environments As the agency grows, talent portfolios will be further divided - this is a real opportunity to grow with the business. REQUIREMENTS We’re looking for someone who: Has experience managing influencers, creators or VIP talent (agency preferred) Brings a strong fashion or beauty lens Is commercially sharp - you understand how to build partnerships that convert Is a proactive self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do Is ambitious, resilient and energised by performance-based environments Wants to be part of a high-performing, hardworking team
