RESPONSIBILITIES Lead fit sessions from development through to pre-production approval Oversee pattern amendments, grading direction, and size set approvals Provide clear technical feedback to manufacturers on fit and construction Ensure consistency of fit across core blocks and repeat styles Support bulk readiness through technical review and sign-off REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a Garment Technician in womenswear Strong knowledge of pattern making, grading, and garment construction Experience working with premium woven fabrics Confident liaising with offshore manufacturers Clear, practical communication skills and strong attention to detail
