Your Next Opportunity We’re on the lookout for a Full Time Holiday Park Manager to join our team at our South West Rocks Holidays site. Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll lead the charge in delivering an exceptional guest experience, a high‑performing team, and a park you’re proud to call your own. Drive revenue, manage budgets and deliver Net Operating Income targets. Resolve guest/resident issues with professionalism and care. Oversee maintenance, asset presentation and capital works. Ensure safety, compliance and operational standards are consistently met. You’re Likely a Match If You Have strong team leadership, coaching and performance management. Have proven experience in guest/customer service and conflict resolution. Have solid commercial skills of budgeting, forecasting and P&L management. Hold a current First Aid Certificate and WWC (or willing to obtain). Are able to plan, organise and deliver high‑quality operational outcomes. Are calm, empathetic, adaptable and guest‑obsessed. You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
