What You’ll Be Doing Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities Building positive relationships based on trust and respect Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs Working collaboratively on individualised care plans What You’ll Bring Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or relevant Diploma DIPLOMA QUALIFICATION Full Australian Driver’s License First Aid and CPR Certificate NDIS Worker Screening Working with Children Check Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights (Overnights are a must!)
