We’re looking for an experienced Business Banking Manager to step into an established SME portfolio supporting customers across Orange on Wiradjuri Country. This full time role comes with flexibility and the chance to work in a genuinely supportive team. You’ll look after a diverse set of SME clients with lending needs from 1M to 5M, spending your days building strong customer relationships, writing deals and being a trusted partner to local business owners. What do I need? • Experience in business banking with strong lending knowledge • Strong understanding of credit risk and compliance • Passion for going above and beyond for customers • Proven ability to build and nurture meaningful client relationships • Confidence to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities Why join us?
