Montague Farm Medical Centre is an accredited General Practice providing excellent health care in the Pooraka and surrounding areas for over 30 years. We are looking for a Registered Nurse with the passion of practicing nursing in a GP environment. You will need to be caring, compassionate and empathetic in your approach to people. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care to our patients in a welcoming and caring environment. This position is a full-time position Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive health assessments and coordinate chronic disease management Provide wound care, Immunisations, ECGs, ABI, Spirometry and procedural support Oversee cold chain management and infection control processes Treatment room and Stock management and ordering Support preventative health programs, patient education, and community health initiatives Assist with data management and communicate patient results as directed by GPs Ensure compliance with legislation, accreditation standards, sterilisation protocols, WHS, and safe waste management Qualifications & Experience You bring clinical maturity, operational confidence, and a proactive, patient-centred approach to care. You will have: Current AHPRA registration, Working with Children Check and CPR certification A minimum of 2 years' experience in General Practice nursing Current Immunisation Certificate or willing to complete the course Immunisation Certificate must be held at the time of application Own Medical Indemnity Insurance Experience using Best Practice software but not essential Proven ability to work independently while collaborating closely with GPs Excellent communication skills and a compassionate manner Reliability, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills Valid work visa or Australian citizenship/permanent residency required
