You will: Offer compassionate, peer-led support to carers in crisis Help families navigate services and connect with community supports Facilitate peer support groups (including gentle educational sessions) Provide practical resources and proactive follow-up Advocate and walk alongside families during vulnerable moments These are courageous conversations. You’ll help carers make sense of what they’re feeling, build confidence, and identify what matters most in their loved one’s recovery journey. This is a community-based, peer-led role grounded in mutual understanding, hope and practical support.
