The Position We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to oversee the efficient and timely flow of materials, equipment, assets and supplies across projects and operations. About The Role Ensure a safe working environment where all work is undertaken in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with statutory requirements, policies & procedures. Process inbound and outbound goods, complete receipts, documentation, storage and record updates. Ensure statutory compliance of all items in storage as well as Chain of Responsibility compliance when sending items off site. Maintain material master data required for the efficient management of parts and materials. Identify risks that have the capacity to compromise any business objectives and escalate concerns for mitigation of potential impacts. Drive value creation across the Warehousing & Logistics function by implementing continuous improvement in line with Operational Excellence. Prepare, wrap, strap, load and unload parts and consumables for inbound and outbound freight. Maintain high levels of housekeeping in the warehouse and yard. Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions and stock levels. About You 5 years experience working in a Warehousing & Logistics role within engineering, maintenance or heavy industry. Warehousing Certificate III. Statement of Attainment - Chain of Responsibility Competent with ERP System Forklift Licence. HR Drivers Licence. First aid certificate (Desirable) Why RSGx?
