Flexible working What You’ll Do: Support the Software Licensing team by managing customer requests and administrative sales functions, predominantly, software renewals, net new software licensing quotes and processing customer purchase orders Respond to inbound communications and assist with quoting, order management and issue resolution through a shared inbox and ticketing case systems Liaise with internal Account Managers and external partner vendors to ensure smooth service delivery Contribute to sales productivity by identifying upsell opportunities and leveraging vendor promotions Maintain accurate data and prepare customer transaction reports Build trust-based relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders What You’ll Bring: Experience in a fast-faced high volume customer service, sales support, or licensing role within the IT industry Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset Ability to negotiate to obtain best pricing from vendors and resolve issues effectively Strong attention to detail and comfort working across multiple systems simultaneously A team-focused approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment Some knowledge of IT licensing programs and partner tools is highly desirable Experience working in salesforce or similar CRM’s and Dynamics 365 is highly desirable Who is Data3?
