Role: Performance Test Lead Location: Sydney Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions Nature of work: Hybrid (3 days work from office in Parramatta) Role Summary: Lead end-to-end performance testing and engineering initiatives using NeoLoad or LoadRunner , ensuring high-quality, defect-free production rollouts. Define and implement performance testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices aligned with business and technical goals. Design, develop, and execute load, stress, and scalability tests , analyze results, and provide optimization recommendations. Collaborate with architecture, development, and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish automated performance validation processes. Conduct capacity planning and system tuning to improve application and infrastructure performance. Mentor team members and promote a performance-first culture across projects and delivery teams.
