Job Description Support delivery of HR ERP initiatives focused on rostering and payroll Gather and document business and functional requirements Work closely with HR and operational stakeholders Analyse current workforce scheduling processes Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions Translate business needs into functional solutions Provide weekly reporting and delivery updates Proactively identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities The Successful Applicant Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager Strong HR systems or workforce management exposure ERP project delivery experience Understanding of rostering and scheduling concepts Knowledge of payroll processes preferred Strong stakeholder engagement skills Comfortable working with HR teams Proactive and outcomes-focused approach What's on Offer Work on a long-term program delivering meaningful organisational change.
