Our client spices and products have been kitchen must-haves since ages. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, maintains high cleanliness standards, and can support chefs in a busy environment. About the Role In this position, you will assist with general kitchen duties, basic food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Commercial kitchen experience is preferred. What You'll Be Doing Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, benches and kitchen surfaces Lifting, moving and storing floor mats; keeping work areas spotless Assisting with basic food prep (washing, peeling, chopping; knife skills ideal) Handling stock correctly across fridges, freezers and cool rooms Safely disposing of waste Storing equipment in designated areas Helping chefs retrieve items and assisting with simple cooking, reheating, plating and serving What We looking for: Commercial kitchen experience preferred Food Safety Handling Certificate (required) Current driver's license and own car (required) Ability to work 10am-4pm, Tuesday to Thursday Physically fit, reliable, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment Strong focus on hygiene and safety Benefits Set daytime hours Supportive team environment Stable, ongoing part‑time role Join the Programmed community and work for a company who values your safety and wellbeing To be considered for this role you must be able to provide one Proof of Right to Work Document.
