With a focus on modern construction techniques and sustainable building practices, their process is collaborative and client-centric. They are seeking a Sales Estimator to join the growing team, with a focus on design and build projects. The Role Prepare elemental estimates based on limited concept documentation Clearly document inclusions, exclusions and assumptions Ensure estimates meet company margin requirements Identify cost risks, missing information and buildability concerns Maintain clear records of estimate breakdowns and assumptions About you Significant experience in a similar Sales Estimating position with a high-end custom home builder Be confident interpreting concept plans and contributing to design process Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously Strong construction knowledge Excellent communication skills, written and verbal What's on offer Salary: $130k-140k Super (dependent on experience) Flexible, hybrid working arrangements South Yarra office, close to public transport Work is recognised and rewarded In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
