Your new role As the Program Manager, you will lead the strategic growth and operational delivery of Home Care Packages. Your responsibilities include overseeing highquality, clientcentred service delivery, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, and providing strong and supportive leadership to the Home Care Team. This is a role where you will set direction, manage performance, and ensure services are responsive, accountable, and aligned to best practice. You will also manage key external and internal stakeholder relationships and represent the organisation in key aged care forums. A negotiated client caseload may also form part of the role. Key focus areas include: Strategic growth of Home Care services Operational oversight and bestpractice service delivery Quality, safety, clinical governance, and compliance Leadership, staff capability development, and recruitment Effective stakeholder engagement and sector representation What you'll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you will bring: Diploma of Community Services or higher Clinical care experience (clinical qualification desirable but not essential) Demonstrated experience in business development or service growth Strong knowledge of Home Care Package program management and compliance obligations Highlevel understanding of aged care clinical governance Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders Strong organisational and analytical skills, including data and workload management A proven ability to lead, support, and develop staff What you'll get in return You will join a purposedriven organisation that values compassion, collaboration, and positive community impact.
