About the Role Location: Chandala Processing Facility – Brand Highway Muchea WA (50mins North Perth CBD) Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Roster: Monday – Friday (38hr Week - 9 day fortnight option) Hours : 7.00am – 4.00pm (approx.) We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the effective coordination of logistics and supply chain activities across regional sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely delivery of materials, management of contractors, and accurate inventory control. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, third parties, bulk haulage transport providers, and warehouse teams to ensure materials are moved, stored, and accounted for safely, efficiently, and in line with KPIs and regulatory requirements. note this is not a warehousing/storesperson role This role is offered on Permanent basis working, working Monday to Friday. Option to work a condensed 9 day fortnight available. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate inbound and outbound transport proactively. Manage inventory movements, storage and handling, ensuring accuracy, security and compliance. Conduct daily inventory checks and investigate discrepancies. Prepare monthly inventory and activity reports. Maintain accurate records within logistics and inventory systems. Ensure compliance with transport, safety and hazardous materials requirements. Incident investigation and resolution. Contractor management and supervision. About you Experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory or warehouse operations.(essential) Diploma of Logistics or equivalent qualification SAP experience (beneficial) Comfortable working with inventory and logistics systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills Well organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities. Committed to safety, compliance and teamwork. Ability and willingness to travel to operational sites, as required to meet business needs.
