About the Role We're seeking an experienced Civil & Services Supervisor with proven experience in the mining and / or construction industry with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will supervise construction works in accordance with design documentation, relevant industry standards and business expectations. Strong leadership, effective communication, and mentoring skills are essential, along with the ability to manage resources and contribute to site management and field leadership activities. Key Responsibilities Supervise construction and maintenance work to ensure efficiency and quality. Assist in project evaluation, estimation, and tender submissions. Support the selection of equipment and resources for optimal operational performance. Identify and recommend training needs to enhance workforce capabilities. Maintain accurate records and fulfill administrative requirements. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, team members, and project stakeholders. Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with relevant Australian Standards, BCA, Local Ordinances, and industry regulations. Provide leadership and direction to colleagues for the safe and efficient execution of work. Provide backup assistance in project execution, site management, and maintenance activities. Skills and Experience Trade background Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience. Current drivers licence. Senior First Aid Certificate. Exposure to, and understanding of, the mining and/or construction industry. Construction Industry Workers (White Card). Demonstrated time management and prioritisation skills to deliver timely client response. Ability to work independently and exercise good judgement. Current drivers licence; Olympic Dam, Carrapateena or other relevant Mining Industry Experience. Proficiency across platforms such as Adobe / Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Skytrust or similar.
