You'll be part of a team within a medium-sized business. The team is currently focused on leveraging analytics to drive effective HR strategies. Job Description Key Responsibilities SuccessFactors Reporting & Dashboard Development Build, enhance, and automate SuccessFactors reports across relevant modules. Develop a multi layered People Analytics dashboard, based on the hiring manager's example output, including: o Executive level summary view. o Breakdown by Business Unit (e.g., SCM, AAD, Ref Wholesale, Finance, Network businesses). o Breakdown by state. Use existing templates and background data structures but refine, reorganise, and rebuild where required to make them fit for purpose. Ensure metrics render accurately, consistently, and align with HR/Payroll processes. Data Quality, Validation & Governance Validate and reconcile HR and payroll data with the Payroll Officer and Coordinator. Assess current data sources, permissions, and joins; uplift quality and accuracy across the reporting framework. Create and refine data dictionaries, naming conventions, and definitions to ensure long term consistency. Documentation & Handover Deliver a clear BAU ready package, including: Dashboard design configuration documentation Catalogue of reports built or enhanced KPI dictionary & calculation logic Process notes for HR/Payroll to run, update, and distribute reports Final walkthrough or training session The Successful Applicant Required Skills & Experience Hands on experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting/analytics (People Analytics, Stories, Canvas, or legacy reporting tools). Strong SAP data modelling, KPI definition, and report building capabilities. Advanced Excel (Power Query desirable) and strong PowerPoint for presenting insights. Previous experience delivering HR dashboards and analytics post-SuccessFactors go live. Strong understanding of HR/Payroll data, turnover metrics, retention metrics, tenure, FTE calculations, and recruitment KPIs. Excellent stakeholder communication skills, especially within HR/Payroll teams. What's on Offer Competitive daily rate.
