Advocacy & Policy Practice Management, Standards & Quality Care Melbourne Full Time, Fixed Term 12/3/2026 $104,700 super salary packaging options of up to $15,900 for living expenses (under RACGP’s health promotion charity status) Full-time, fixed term opportunity until 1 April 2027 Located at our East Melbourne office near Jolimont Station / WFH flexibility available About the role Reporting to the Program Manager, Standards, you’ll manage and coordinate standards-related projects, provide secretariat support to key RACGP committees and working groups, and prepare briefings, submissions and research. The role engages widely with internal teams, accreditation bodies, government and general practice stakeholders. As our Senior Project Officer, Standards, you'll also: Coordinate and deliver standards-related projects from scoping through to implementation, including research, consultation and pilot activities. Conduct literature reviews and analysis to support the development, review and improvement of general practice standards and related resources. Prepare high-quality briefings, submissions, position statements and discussion papers for senior management, committees and external stakeholders. Provide expert advice and respond to standards-related enquiries while building effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
