About the Role Join our dynamic team at Perpetual Wealth Management. As an Operations Associate you will: Document agreed process change initiatives to strengthen the team's strategic positioning and improve service delivery and operational efficiency Assist with escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client experience Collaborate with internal teams to deliver platform changes and enhancements, including guidance and training Respond to internal stakeholder queries regarding platform functionality, features, reporting and issues Assist in preparing and facilitating the delivery of material, primarily around technical and product training, including induction programs for the Service Delivery Team About You We’re looking for someone with: Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications (business, economics, financial services discipline) 5 years experience within the Financial Services industry, preferably within wealth management, asset management, advice and/or superannuation operations Understanding of regulatory frameworks (ASIC, APRA) and superannuation trustee responsibilities Familiarity and knowledge of Wrap platforms and processes, including operations, investment administration and governance Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
