About Your New Role Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals in the NDIS and Community sectors to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals. Develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centered care plans and ensure holistic support. Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care. Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers to enhance their understanding of occupational therapy interventions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes within the NDIS and Community sectors.
