About the Role Volcano’s Steakhouse Bankstown, is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support the growth and brand presence of the business. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive sales across both digital and in-store channels. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic marketing advice to management on effective promotional approaches to reach target audiences and strengthen brand positioning Coordinate the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including creative development, content production, and media placement, ensuring delivery within deadlines and budget Conduct market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and demand for new and existing products and services Support business expansion by contributing to the development and execution of marketing plans, policies, and initiatives Initiate and oversee research activities to uncover new market opportunities and improve competitive positioning Advise on key marketing elements including product offerings, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and distribution channels Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms and website channels to enhance online presence Apply data analysis and forecasting techniques to evaluate the impact of pricing and promotional strategies on business performance Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular performance reports and actionable insights Analyse digital marketing data and campaign metrics to optimise performance and return on investment Recommend and implement improvements to digital content to enhance search engine visibility and overall online engagement Skills & Experience Required Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or food service industry. Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and advertising. Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
