Key Responsibilities Contribute to the design and delivery of a diverse range of projects. Collaborate with project teams from concept development through construction, ensuring high-quality and innovative design solutions. Engage in strategic thinking by partnering with clients to create project visions, return briefs, and feasibility studies for architectural and urban design projects. Assist in master planning and implementation of major urban renewal projects, ranging from city-changing developments to new livable communities. Work with senior team members and mentor junior members. Skills & Experience 3 years experience working on multi-residential projects. High-level communication and technical skills. Proficiency in Revit software is essential. Strong documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage in open, collective, and innovative approaches to design. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to deliver a project from start to end. Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.
