Perform routine and preventive painting maintenance throughout the casino property Prepare, patch, and finish surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, and trim Match existing colors and finishes to maintain consistent appearance Apply specialty coatings and protective finishes as required Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas, adhering to occupational health and safety and company safety standards Coordinate with other maintenance staff to minimise disruption to guests and operations As part of a rotating roster, this role requires covering one weekend shift approximately every eight weeks, during which you’ll also complete basic handyman duties to support site operations More about you Minimum 2–3 years of professional painting experience, preferably in commercial or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of surface preparation, paint types, and application techniques Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check The application period will close on 14/04/2026, unless a suitably qualified candidate is identified sooner.
