Classification : ANU Officer 4 (Administration) Salary package : $79,314 – $85,809 per annum plus 17% superannuation Term: Full-time, Continuing Support a high-volume Commercial Services function managing 150 commercial leases and related property administration (varied, operational role) Support the team that acts as the first point of contact for leasing/property enquiries and provides responsive customer service to tenants and internal stakeholders Build capability across lease/licence administration, data entry into property systems, registers/schedules, and reporting within Campus Environment Division Position overview The mission of Campus Environment Division is to "Enable academic excellence at ANU through integrated and innovative facilities and project delivery." The four key portfolios are Corporate and Client Services, Maintenance, Operations and Projects. The Corporate and Client Services portfolio responsibilities include human resource, financial, business systems management, administrative and executive support services. The Portfolio also manages oversight of client services and key activities such as space management, parking on campus, commercial leasing administration, ANU Apartments, University Venues, and liaising with childcare providers on campus. Commercial Services sits within the Revenue portfolio and provides commercial services to the University and wider community, including day-to-day administration and support for commercial occupancy arrangements. The Administration Assistant works under broad direction, supporting the Commercial Services team by triaging enquiries, assisting with lease/licence administration (including maintaining accurate information in relevant systems), supporting registers/schedules and reporting, and contributing to efficient and timely property management outcomes.
