We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our clients busy pet boarding house in Wanneroo . As the Site Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the facility, manage a diverse team of animal attendants, reception, and trainers, whilst ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You'll be responsible for driving the site's performance, manage bookings, finances, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining a high standard of pet care. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you'll be hands-on in providing exceptional pet care, handling customer inquiries, and promoting social media engagement. This role also requires effective rostering, managing peak periods (including school holidays like Christmas and Easter) and ensuring the site operates smoothly during busy times. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team of animal care staff. Manage daily operations 'hands on', including rostering, compliance, and facility upkeep. Drive customer service excellence and ensure smooth bookings. Monitor site performance and financials to maximise profitability. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and emergency procedures.
