Share Sustainment Systems Architecture & Applications Lead Qld, Brisbane Information Technology 18408BR About us: Location: Mawson Lakes, SA (preferred) Other locations considered | Telework available Own and lead enterprise systems architecture and backend configuration for sustainment applications, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics ERP. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, driving integration, automation and digital transformation across complex environments. You will remain technically engaged while leading a small specialist team delivering enterprise sustainment systems that meet business and contractual requirements. Your responsibilities will include: Lead systems architecture for sustainment software and ERP platforms Own Microsoft Dynamics backend configuration, customisation and integration Solve complex integration and process issues across enterprise systems Deliver sustainment applications using Agile and DevSecOps (CI/CD) practices Execute the Digital Transformation Roadmap for sustainment tools Integrate ERP systems with Enterprise IT and engineering platforms Provide technical leadership and mentoring across architecture and DevSecOps About you: You are a senior systems architect or enterprise applications lead with strong experience in ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics, backend configuration and system integration. You enjoy solving complex technical problems and staying hands-on while leading delivery. Essential : Strong experience in systems architecture and enterprise application integration Hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics On-premises installation of Business Central (BC), Customer Engagement (CE), and ERP systems Development experience and strong understanding of SDLC best practices Delivery experience using Agile and DevSecOps (CI/CD) Strong background in software configuration management and application lifecycle management. Clear, confident communication with technical and business stakeholders Desirable : Experience in Moodle and VetTrak Experience in PsiGen PsiCapture (OCR, Document Automation, Process Automation) Dashboarding and reporting experience Jira / Confluence (Atlassian) AWS or cloud platform experience Special Requirements: Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
