Overview About the role Gallagher Bassett’s Comcover Team within our General Insurance division is offering an exciting opportunity to join us as a Team Leader on a fixed term, full-time 12-month contract with hybrid working arrangements offered. If you are an experienced leader within the insurance field, or are ready to step into a leadership role, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead our short-tail claims teams within an interesting and diverse claims portfolio. We are open to candidates located either in Brisbane or Melbourne. In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Comcover Short Tail claims team, comprising of Property, Travel and Motor Claims Consultants. As a Team Leader, you will have reporting lines of claims management staff falling under your leadership, and you will play an important role in ensuring your team is both well supported to achieve the best out of their work, and performing in line with our strong customer service and claims management standards.
