What You’ll Be Doing Providing high-level administrative and practice support Managing diaries, meetings and correspondence Drafting, amending and formatting property documentation Maintaining electronic files and document management systems Handling monthly billing and financial reporting Liaising with clients, courts and key stakeholders What You’ll Bring Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Property Legal Assistant role Exposure to PEXA and property lodgement systems Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confidence using Microsoft Office, Elite 3E and iManage A proactive, solutions-focused approach If you’re ready to build depth in Property Law while working in a firm that values performance and progression, this is worth exploring.
