You will be involved in, but not limited to: Leadership & supervision of 9 shop staff, including body repair technicians and spray painters, providing guidance, coaching & support Workflow & production management Quality & customer focus Safety & compliance Administration & reporting To be successful, you will have: Trade qualifications in panel beating or spray painting - highly desirable Minimum 5 years experience in panel shop operations, including spray painting Previous supervisory or foreman experience - preferred Familiarity with OEM repair procedures, paint systems, and workshop equipment Post trade heavy vehicle or agricultural mechanical knowledge and experience on Kenworth, DAF, Case IH or New Holland brands Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching and mentoring staff Intermediate computer skills, including workshop management software and administrative systems Hours and Rate: Day shift hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.36pm Early start / early finish on Fridays and overtime when needed Hourly rate: $50 - $55 depending on experience overtime super We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
