Job Description YOUR ROLE Reporting to the Manager, Brand & Creative Content, the newly created position of Campaign and Content Advisor supports the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated internal engagement campaigns and external marketing campaigns that build awareness and consideration of MACS primary and secondary schools. Working with internal stakeholders and external partners, the role delivers strategic advice, campaign briefs, channel plans and content, and helps ensure campaigns are on brand, on time and achieve measurable impact. WHAT YOU WILL DO Support the General Manager and RCS Team across strategy, calendar, meetings, and documentation. Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve operational workflows and service delivery. Manage reporting, performance metrics, budget tracking and vendor panels. Coordinate responses to regulatory bodies (CCYP, VIT, Police) and ensure record integrity. Lead projects on training content, system improvements, and resource development. Prepare and present Board-level reports, trend analysis, and thematic reviews. Partner with stakeholders to deliver effective, efficient and compliant operational support. ABOUT YOU You are a dynamic and creative marketing communication professional with a relevant track record developing and delivering integrated campaigns with measurable impact. Your sector experience ideally includes agency, corporate or large, complex environments. With high-level writing and editing skills across campaign assets, you are proactive and accountable, work calmly under pressure and manage competing deadlines on multiple projects in your stride. Your knowledge and understanding of digital and social advertising, media metrics and optimisation, together with a collaborative and service-oriented style, enable you to advise, influence and make an impact.
