About The Role We’re looking for energetic and reliable team members to join our cold room distribution team at our busy milk manufacturing site in Labrador. In this casual position you’ll help make sure our orders are packed, loaded and delivered accurately, safely and on time. You’ll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in doing a great job every day and you’ll play an important part in keeping our dairy products moving from farm to fridge. We’re currently seeking team members who can commit to 1-3 shifts per week, making this an ideal opportunity if you’re looking for flexible, casual hours. On-the-job training will be provided, and there are great opportunities to multi-skill and progress to higher grades for motivated team members. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks in a cold-room environment Hold a current forklift ticket and are confident operating in confined spaces Have a strong focus on safety and understand WHS principles Are reliable and happy to work shift work (including weekends & public holidays) Can follow procedures accurately and work with minimal supervision Have good time management and can meet set deadlines Have basic literacy and numeracy skills to complete order documentation Take pride in your work, use good problem-solving skills, and make sound decisions Display behaviours that reflect our Norco values - Authenticity, Agility, Diversity and Connection If successful, you will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
