We partner with some of Australia’s most recognised organisations to deliver outstanding service and results. We are now seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The Role As a Client Relationship Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of employee share plan (EPS) clients, ensuring the premium delivery of services to both clients and their employees. Acting as the key point of contact, you’ll build strong, trusted relationships while anticipating and responding to client needs. This is a dynamic role with a mix of client service, relationship management, and strategic account planning. You will also contribute to business growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance the client experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted adviser. Manage employee share plan requirements including vestings, offers, reporting, and account planning. Negotiate service level agreements and ensure deliverables are consistently met. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and new business growth. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client outcomes. Prepare and review reports, invoices, and operational documentation. Stay up to date with industry developments and ensure compliance with governance and risk frameworks. About You We are looking for someone who is client-focused, commercially astute, and thrives on building and strengthening relationships. To succeed in this role, you will bring: Experience in client services or relationship management within the financial services industry (employee share plan experience will be highly regarded). A proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver exceptional service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. An aptitude for learning and quickly building product and industry knowledge. Strong analytical, reporting, and process management skills.
