Responsibilities As a People & Culture Advisor, you’ll support a portfolio of our car dealerships, partnering closely with leaders to manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, and offboarding. Collaborating closely with our management team, you will also provide strategic HR guidance to support our business objectives. You'll have the autonomy to build strong relationships and tailor support to your portfolio, while being backed by a collaborative and knowledgeable national People & Culture team. What you’ll be doing · Act as a trusted advisor to dealership leaders and teams · Provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle · Drive positive culture and engagement initiatives · Partner on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations · Champion best practice HR processes and compliance About you You’re a proactive and confident HR professional who thrives when trusted with responsibility. You love building relationships, solving problems, and making a genuine impact.
