We are seeking an innovative Account Manager that’s ready to hit the ground running for our store in Dural. What You'll Be Doing: As an Account Manager, you’ll drive new business growth and manage customer relationships across Dural NSW. We want someone who is going to contribute to the success of the business by achieving targets, and ensuring sustainable, profitable growth. Manage a portfolio of key accounts across your assigned territory, acting as the primary point of contact Actively monitor customer needs and proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing accounts Negotiate and close new sales, while ensuring the successful onboarding and implementation of new business Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, such as operations, to deliver excellent customer experiences Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within your assigned territory Represent the company at industry events and networking functions What You'll Bring: External Sales/Account Management experience (preferred) Ability to manage key accounts and grow revenue Excellent verbal, written communication and computer skills Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and understands the importance of relationship building for our client's specific needs and providing the appropriate solutions Strong planning, organisation, and CRM/reporting capability Ability to perform effectively in an autonomous role Must hold a valid driver’s licence What You'll Get in Return: Attractive staff discounts across all our premium brands.
