This is Full Time position working Monday to Friday (8am-4pm) What we offer $28.96p/h relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances superannuation No late nights or early morning starts and no weekend work Employee Referral Program and Employee Assistance Program Discounts to Health Insurance and Retail & Leisure partner providers Opportunities for further career progression Be part of a friendly and supportive team in a caring retirement living community You will Provide welcoming concierge services to residents and guests, responding to general enquiries and requests Manage bookings for the restaurant, bus trips, and community areas, and update lift notices for events or news Complete administrative tasks including phone and email correspondence, mail distribution, and maintaining the absentee list Create and issue access cards for residents and staff as requested by management Record maintenance issues and assist with emergency device checks and quarterly hallway testing Support community activities by setting up for morning teas, meetings, and services, and packing down afterward Maintain the village bus, ensuring it is clean, fuelled, and road‑ready, and drive residents to appointments and shopping trips Observe all workplace health, safety, and safe food‑handling procedures Keep shared areas tidy, restock supplies, manage café cleanliness, and monitor inventory levels What you will bring: Previous hospitality or customer service experience (e.g Hotel Concierge, Wait staff, Food & Beverage staff or administration) Availability on Tuesday (essential) and Wednesday-Saturday (highly desired) Compassionate, empathetic, and kind attitude toward residents, colleagues, and visitors.
