Description Location: Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane We are seeking an experienced Head of Partnerships & Product – Fund Services to lead the continued development of our fund services offering in Australia. Our services include fund administration, unit registry, custody and investor servicing solutions, supporting investment managers and financial institutions across the funds management industry. This role combines strategic partnerships, product capability and operational leadership, ensuring our fund services solutions remain competitive, scalable and aligned with evolving client needs. The Opportunity This is a senior leadership role responsible for strengthening industry partnerships, enhancing product capability and overseeing service delivery across the Fund Services function. Working closely with internal teams, clients and external partners, you will play a key role in evolving MUFG Corporate Markets’ fund services capabilities, while supporting growth across the business. The role suits someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery and who brings strong experience from the fund services, custody, registry or funds management sector. Key Responsibilities Partnerships & Product Development Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of the Fund Services product offering Build and manage strategic partnerships that support the delivery of fund services solutions Work closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen product capability and service competitiveness Contribute to articulating MUFG Corporate Markets’ fund services value proposition Operational Leadership Oversee the delivery of Fund Services, ensuring high quality client outcomes and service standards Support client onboarding and implementation of new mandates and solutions Partner with operations and technology teams to ensure scalable and efficient service delivery Monitor service performance, operational metrics and client satisfaction Industry & Client Engagement Build strong relationships with investment managers, custodians and industry stakeholders Represent MUFG Corporate Markets at industry forums and client events Partner with business development teams to support growth opportunities and new client initiatives Governance & Risk Maintain oversight of operational risk, controls and compliance requirements Ensure activities operate in line with regulatory obligations and internal governance frameworks Support audit activities and continuous improvement across fund services operations Leadership Lead and develop the Fund Services team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture Promote strong collaboration across operations, client services, technology and product teams Support capability development and succession planning within the function About You You bring deep experience in fund services or funds management operations, along with strong commercial awareness and the ability to build effective partnerships across the industry. This role will suit a senior leader or experienced manager ready to step into a broader leadership role within fund services.
