We’re entering a pivotal phase of our Workforce Experience transformation, and we’re looking for a Group Manager, Workforce Experience Platforms to lead and evolve the platforms that underpin how our people work, grow and thrive. Your opportunity As Group Manager, Workforce Experience Platforms, you will be the custodian of Mirvac’s workforce-related platforms and systems, including HRIS, payroll, time and attendance, talent, learning and workforce planning. Working closely with Program Delivery, Solution Integrators, technical leads and key business stakeholders, you will guide the transition from a complex legacy environment to modern, integrated, fit-for-purpose platforms. You’ll create enterprise value through strong platform stewardship, trusted partnerships and outcome‑focused delivery. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll balance technology, commercial acumen and people leadership to deliver scalable, secure and high‑performing workforce platforms. Key responsibilities Establish and embed clear ways of working, roles and responsibilities across Digital and Culture & Capability teams Champion the Workforce Experience Platform vision, connecting technology outcomes to business value and stakeholder experience Lead end‑to‑end ownership of digital managed applications and workforce platform processes, ensuring reliability, compliance and continuous improvement Develop and manage vendor and partner relationships to drive innovation, scalability and benefits realisation Balance technology and commercial considerations, managing budgets to maximise ROI and long‑term value Lead and develop a high‑performing technical and functional team, aligned to platform OKRs Own platform pipeline management, prioritisation and resource allocation across competing stakeholder needs Monitor and leverage emerging technology trends to support current and future business needs Promote and role‑model the Digital@Mirvac Culture Code and Mirvac values About you You’re a strategic, people‑centred digital leader with a passion for how platforms can unlock better experiences and outcomes. You’re comfortable operating at enterprise scale, influencing at executive level and leading teams through transformation. You’ll bring: 10 years’ experience in digital roles focused on enterprise platforms 5 years’ experience leading and developing teams Strong knowledge of modern platform architectures and SaaS‑led environments Proven experience in ERP / HRIS transformations (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors highly regarded) A track record of effective stakeholder engagement and governance Excellent communication skills and a strong customer and value mindset Why Mirvac?
