Job Summary: We’re hiring two permanent Associate Test Analysts to join our Technology team — ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are curious about technology, enjoy problem‑solving, and want to build a career in software testing and quality assurance. In this role, you’ll learn how to test technology solutions that support our business and clients. You’ll be supported by experienced testers and work closely with developers, product teams and other stakeholders as you build your skills in test planning, execution and analysis. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll gain exposure to real projects, modern tools and agile ways of working. If you’re detail‑oriented, enjoy learning new things, and are looking for a supportive team where you can grow, this is a fantastic opportunity! Responsibilities: Help plan and prepare testing activities for new systems and enhancements Create and run test cases and test scenarios based on requirements Record test results, raise defects and help track outcomes using testing tools Support user acceptance testing by working with business users and subject matter experts Communicate testing progress and results to your team and leader Work collaboratively with developers, product teams and other technology partners Follow company policies, quality standards and cyber security requirements Take part in team activities, learning opportunities and continuous improvement Requirements: A completed or near‑completed degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Actuarial Studies, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline A genuine interest in AI technology, testing, systems or quality assurance Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, processes and ways of working Ability to manage your time, meet deadlines and take ownership of tasks Comfortable working independently, while also being a team player Must have unrestricted Australian working rights, The Recruitment Process Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.
