We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing across our fashion apparel portfolio, including Elka Collective, Review, Yarra Trail, Black Pepper and Marco Polo. As a key member of the divisional leadership team, this role sets the vision for brand positioning, campaign excellence and customer experience, while leading a high performing marketing team to deliver growth, engagement and strong commercial outcomes. This is a 9-month fixed term opportunity covering parental leave, commencing May 2026. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Set and lead the strategic marketing vision across a portfolio of fashion brands, aligning brand positioning, seasonal planning and customer insight to commercial objectives Drive campaign excellence and consistent brand expression across all channels, with creative oversight and sign off across the end to end customer journey Lead, coach and inspire a high performing team of marketing leaders, fostering collaboration, accountability and capability uplift Partner closely with eCommerce, performance marketing, CRM and loyalty teams to drive traffic, conversion, retention and customer lifetime value Lead the marketing contribution to major business initiatives including brand launches, repositioning, category expansion and transformation projects Act as a trusted business partner to Divisional MDs and senior leaders, influencing business strategy through a customer first, insight led lens Own marketing budgets, KPIs, agency partnerships and performance reporting across the portfolio, ensuring strong governance and return on investment ABOUT YOU A senior marketing leader with extensive experience in multi brand retail or fashion, and a strong track record of driving brand and commercial growth Strategically minded with a sharp creative eye, balanced by strong commercial and customer acumen A confident and credible people leader who builds high performing, engaged teams and develops future leaders Highly effective at influencing senior stakeholders and partnering across complex, matrixed organisations Comfortable operating at pace across multiple brands, priorities and initiatives in a fast moving environment Data literate and insight led, using performance metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes An exceptional communicator and presenter, able to clearly articulate strategy and inspire alignment JUST SOME PERKS WE OFFER Pet-friendly workspace - Yes, your furry friend can join you at work!
