What You’ll Do Our Team Members take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. You will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the day-to-day operations in the restaurant. Leading the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations Being a role model for the standards and behaviours consistent with the Zambrero values and culture Assisting in training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences Assisting with hiring new team members and onboarding them Assisting in managing the team, including staff performance reviews, and rostering staff Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard Assisting with ordering of stock from various suppliers Assisting with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and reviewing policies Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant Assisting with executing marketing promotions Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety What You’ll Bring We’d love for you to join us if you’ve got what we need: Previous food industry experience Passionate about our humanitarian values and ready to make a difference Passionate about building a positive culture within the restaurant– focused on exceptional customer service, working together, helping those in need and making Zambrero an enjoyable place to work.
