A well-known ASX-listed retail business with multi-sight operations is seeking an experienced Finance Manager - Financial Reporting to join the finance team on a 3-6 month temp basis. The business has a strong reputation for financial discipline, governance and operational efficiency. This temp opportunity has arisen to support the finance function during a key transition period, ensuring continuity across reporting processes and knowledge transfer while maintaining stability within the team. This role will be reporting into the Group Financial Controller and suit a technically strong finance professional who can step in quickly, maintain reporting momentum, and support a smooth transition of financial reporting processes and systems. Key Responsibilities Support group consolidation and monthly reporting cycles Assist with half-year and full-year financial reporting and disclosures Partner with senior finance leaders to capture and transition key reporting knowledge and processes Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and governance frameworks Maintain reporting continuity while identifying opportunities for process improvement Work within the organisation's Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) finance system to support reporting and consolidation activities About You Proven experience in financial or group reporting within a mid-to-large organisation Strong technical accounting capability Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Ability to quickly understand existing processes and maintain reporting timelines Prior retail industry experience preferred but not essential Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Comfortable operating in a fast-paced contract environment What's on Offer 3-6 month temp role with opportunity to go permanent Exposure to a large, established retail organisation in Brisbane Flexible working arrangements with WFH options Onsite parking available Supportive and collaborative finance team
