As a Senior Analyst in BT’s Licensee & Adviser Governance team, you will support the delivery of BT’s strategic plan by identifying, managing and mitigating distribution, conduct and financial crime risks. Working closely with Product, Distribution, Operations, Financial Crime, Privacy, Regulatory Affairs and Intelligence teams, you will help ensure customers are partnered with licensed, reputable and trusted advisers. This role plays a key part in protecting customers, strengthening governance outcomes and supporting quality financial advice to thrive. The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience within wealth management or the financial advice industry, with the ability to interpret risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements in a practical and outcomes‑focused way.
